DataMatch Settings

In order to crop images, FTP files and/or network DataMatch on more than one computer you must setup the information as follows.

  1. Click ‘Setup’.
  2. Click ‘DataMatch Settings’.

Image Manager:  This feature allows you to crop digital camera files when entering data (See Entering Data >>>) in DataMatch. If the path does not automatically appear, complete the following instructions:

  1. Click ‘Browse’
  2. Go to your ‘C’ drive.
  3. Go to ‘Program Files’.
  4. Go to ‘Century Color Lab’.
  5. Open the DataMatch folder.
  6. Click 'CC Imager.exe' and click 'Open'. You should now see C:\Program Files\Century Color Lab\DataMatch\CCImager.exe in the window.

Server:   REMEMBER: This section is only to be completed if you are networking multiple computers. If you have multiple computers using DataMatch, your main computer is called the “Server”. All other computers are called “Workstations”.  In order for your workstations to work in conjunction with your server, you need to be connected using the DataMatch Settings.

  1. Click the drop down screen next to ‘Select a Server’.
  2. Highlight your Server’s name.
  3. Click ‘Save'. The DataMatch Settings box will go away.
