Underclass Custom Products
Memory Mate Composite

When offering Memory Mate Composites as one of your Underclass products, the package is ALWAYS designated by the letter ‘Z’ and is ALWAYS ordered as a separate item.

If your package A includes (1) 8 X 10, (2) 5 X 7’s and a Memory Mate Composite, in the Package field enter A: 1, Z: 1.

When entering data for the individual image, enter:

  • The teacher’s name in the ‘Teacher’ field.

NOTE:  The teacher’s name must be spelled EXACTLY as it is to appear on the composite.  If entering data manually, you will want to check the ‘Retain’ button next to the word 'Teacher’ in the Active Field, in the Job Details menu.  This will fill in the teacher’s name in each student’s record. If the teacher’s name is not consistently spelled the same the composite will not build.

  • The student’s first name in the ‘First Name’ field.

On the Class Photo, enter:

  • The teacher’s name in the ‘Last Name’ and ‘Teacher’ fields. ( i.e.  Last Name field - type Mrs. Jones.  Teacher field - type Mrs. Jones.)

NOTE:  You must spell the name EXACTLY as it is to appear on the print. If the Teacher’s name is not consistently spelled the same the composite will not build correctly.

ID Cards

DataMatch allows photographers to communicate information about students to be placed on ID cards.

It is important to submit ID card layouts early in the year. All layouts must be final approved by you BEFORE September. Layouts given at the time of the shoot or late in the season will result in orders being delayed by weeks.

17Vital Tips: If the student ID number is on the ID Card it will be represented as both a number and barcode. We will print a sample card for you to take to the school to ensure the schools scanners can read the barcode. As always plan ahead... don't wait until it is too late to run this test.

Class Photos with Borders

In the ‘Job Details’ menu, you MUST type the name of the school and the year EXACTLY it is to appear on the photographs. (See Create a Job>>>). (i.e.  Central Elementary School cannot be CES or Central Elem.) NOTE: When entering data for the class photo, type the teacher’s name and the grade EXACTLY as it is to appear in the border.  Make sure you have spelled the teacher’s name correctly and have typed out the word GRADE.  (i.e. Mrs. Dubonim  Grade 4)

No Buy

A “No Buy” is ALWAYS designated by the letter ‘X’. To order a “No Buy” place an ‘X’ in the package field when you come to that student in data entry.

Nursery School Poster

In ‘Job Details’ enter the School Name and School Year EXACTLY as it is to appear on the poster.

Next identify the images that are to appear on the poster. For each image that is to be used enter a 50 in the package field. If your customer is ordering a package A and is to appear in the poster enter A:1 50:1. Do not include more then one shot of each student. Note: All images MUST be vertical.
