In order to FTP digital files to Century Color, contact Customer Service to set up a username and password. Once a username and password are obtained, click on one of the links below.
For PC Users - Determine Your Browser
Internet Explorer Users
Before using Internet Explorer to send us files please verify that the settings to the right are enabled. To view these settings in Internet Explorer:
- Click "Tools" from the menu bar.
- Select "Internet Options"
- Click the "Advanced" tab
- Scroll through the list of settings until you find the two settings highlighted in the image to the right
Simply type this into your address bar:
ftp://69.37.163.131
Step 1: Log In
You will be prompted for your username and password. After logging in, you will see the "To Lab" folder.
Step 2: Transfer Files
Drag the folder containing your images from your computer onto the "To Lab" folder. This will start the process of transferring your files.
If you do not have Internet Explorer it is recommended that you use another FTP software.
Other FTP Software
We recommend WS-FTP, a robust and stable file transfer application that works well for large batches of files.

For Macintosh Users
You will need to use FTP software (i.e. Fetch) to access our FTP site. Information on setting up Fetch can be found at: http://www.fetchsoftworks.com/Support/faq.html. Fetch is not the only FTP software you can use on a Mac system, but it is a more common solution and easy to set up.
