School Name: Type the name of the school EXACTLY as it is to appear on the prints. NO ABBREVIATIONS

Next identify which images are to be included in the poster. For each image to be used enter a "50" in the package field. If your customer is ordering a package A and is to appear on the poster enter A:1 50:1. DO NOT include more then one shot of the couple. NOTE: All images MUST be vertical.
