Once you have added a program you can set up your packages. NOTE: A program is any set of package configurations.

Entering Package Information

  1. Click "Setup" and then "Packages". Area (A) is where you set up your package information for each program. You may add as many packages to a program as needed. Packages can be letters or numbers but they CANNOT be a letter/number combination such as B3.

Highlighting a program from the program list will show all packages associated with that program.

  1. Click in the package field and type either a letter or a number for that package name.
  2. Hit the "Tab" key on your keyboard to move to the next field.
  3. In the space provided, specify the quantity of each print size to be associated with that package. NOTE: These are individual print quantities - not units. If your package contains 2 5x7's (1 unit), enter a 2 in a 5x7 quantity field.
  4. When you are finished with this package, hit "Enter" on your keyboard and it will move to the next row. Repeat steps a-c until you have added all packages for this program.
  5. When you are finished entering all your information, click "Save Changes" and "Close".
Vital TipVital Tip: Any time you add or make changes to a package, you MUST notify Century Color BEFORE you send a job. DataMatch DOES NOT communicate with our production software. If you do not notify us either by phone, fax or email of additions or changes your order will be printed incorrectly.
