DataMatch User Manual

DataMatch Reports

DataMatch offers several reports that help you organize your jobs. To access them click "File", "Reports". Highlight the report you want. Click "Preview" if you wish to review the report on your computer screen and/or "Print" for a hard copy of the record.

Definitions:

Order Summary: Shows the different packages and quantities that were ordered for a specific job.

Order Detaill: Shows the details of a specific job. It lists the students' first and last name, the sequence they were photographed and the packages ordered. The report can be sorted by shoot order, last name, home room, teacher or grade.

Students Not Photographed: A list of students that were in the database but not photographed the day of the shoot.

Package Bar code Report: This report is used if you are using a bar code reader to scan your packages into DataMatch.

Camera Cards/Labels: Use this option to print camera cards or labels for use during the shoot and/or data entry.

To Print Camera Cards or Labels:

  1. In DataMatch, click "File", then "Reports"
  2. Click "Camera Cards/Labels"
  3. Choose if you want to "Preview" the cards first or "Print" without previewing
  4. Highlight the database to be used
  5. Select the type of card stock or labels you are using
  6. Choose the sort option to print the cards or label
  7. Click "OK"
  8. Click "OK" again
Vital TipVital Tip: After you have imported the school's database you can print camera cards or labels at any time. The earlier the better...it's just another thing to get out of the way before the busy season starts.
