Vista has a security option that prevents ImageQuix from working properly. Please follow the instructions below to disable the Internet Explorer "Protected Mode" function to allow ImageQuix to operate properly.
Open Internet Explorer.
Click on the "Tools" menu item.
Click on "Internet Options".
Click on the "Security" tab.
In the "Security" tab window, there is a box at the bottom labeled "Enable Protected Mode".
Uncheck the "Enable Protected Mode" box and then click "Apply".
