PROM PLUS PROGRAM

Century Color prom program follows the same guidelines as the underclass program.

Century Color has a DataMatch Software Program that makes it easy for you to communicate to the lab which packages you are requesting. Prom packages cannot be ordered from cut negatives. The prices below are for Prom original orders. For Prom reorders see Underclass Reorder Pricing

PROM DELIVERY GUARANTEE

If you book your prom processing with Century Color we guarantee to complete your order in 5 lab days or less or we will credit 5% of the price of the entire job. To book a prom just call us by April 15th and reserve a slot. Once we have that information you receive our Prom Delivery Guarantee.

PROM PACKAGING

Century Color offers packaging services for Prom Photography. Each student's order wil lbe packaged in it's own 10x11 window envelope. Packages can be sorted and returned to you in one of 3 ways...(1) Alpha, (2) Shoot Order or (3) Homeroom. The choice is yours and should be indicated with each order. A label with the student's name and other pertinent information depending on the sort order is placed in the upper right hand corner of the envelope. The charge for packaging is $.45 per student.

PROM CANDIDS ONLINE

Many phtographers shoot candids the night of the prom to capture the fun and spirit of the night. These candids are turned over to the prom committes for use in the yearbook. Century Color offers a new way to market these images for after the prom sales! Photographers using Century Color to print their prom packages can submit these candids (Digital Camera Files Only) to be hosted on our e-commerce site called the Portrait Connection. Students and parents can view these images on line and place orders directly with you.

A fee of $10.00 is charged to host these images on the web for 30 days.

PROM BORDERS

Prom Borders make a great add-on item to increase sales the night of the prom. We have 5 border designs to choose from. Each design highlights the Name of the School, the Name of the Prom and the Date of the Prom. These designs are available in units of 1 8x10 or 2 5x7 only. Bordered Units are $1.95

PROM POSTERS

Prom Posters are the perfect marketing tool to help you book more proms while potentially making additional sales after the prom!

Posters come in 3 sizes 16x20, 20x24 and 20x30. Each poster displays every couple photographed the night of the prom and highlights the following information - - - the name of the school, the name of the prom and the date of the prom.

Century Color charges $13.00 to create the original poster - - - your gift to the school. The poster should be prominently displayed for all the students to see - - - and hopefully purchase.
