Century Color online forms are a quick and easy way to place orders.
The online forms are available in the following categories:

Underclass -
Underclass order forms are used with either prepay or proof school programs. There
are two types of forms. The "original" form is used for placing the initial package
order and the "reorder" form is used to place reorder requests.

Events -
Events include proms, dance schools, first communions, etc. As with Underclass forms,
Events use both an "original" and a "reorder" form.

Sports -
The Sports order form is used for youth sports to order Memory Mates, team photos,
trader cards, magazine covers, buttons, and magnets.

Seniors - The Senior Order forms make it
easy to place senior package orders from digital camera files or from film
scanned by Century Color. All senior services are available from yearbooks to
retouching. The form even allows you to order retouching services like
removing glass glare, braces, and stray hair.

Proofing -
Proofing orders from digital camera files use this form. Print sizes range from 4x5,
4x6, or 6 or 12 up proof sheets.

Economy -
This form is used for digital camera files or film scanned by Century Color. It is
used for ordering individual prints from wallets to 20x24 and is perfect for wedding
or portrait orders.

Greeting
Cards Use the Greeting
Card form to order cards for special occasions such as holidays, birth announcements
and wedding, graduation, or 1st communion thank-you's.
