Terms & Conditions

Accounts are payable by MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express at the time of shipping. Declined credit card transactions will delay shipment until a valid card is charged. Should you pay by check a fee of $25.00 will be charged on each check returned by the bank for insufficient funds.

Shipping

Orders over $50.00 are shipped at no charge however there is a $4.00 per box charge for business addresses and a $8.00 per box charge for residential addresses*. You can select UPS Ground or Priority US Mail as your ship method. If you request 2nd Day or Next Day service you will be billed at our shipping cost.

Orders under $50.00 are billed at our shipping cost. You may request US 1st Class Mail if the package qualifies for this shipping method. This is a great way to save on shipping costs for small orders

Canadian Customers

Orders shipped to Canada will be billed at our actual cost

Drop Shipping… we can drop ship any order directly to your customer. In ROES check off "drop ship" and type in the address you would like the order sent to. There is a $6.65 charge for this service which includes the shipping cost. Orders are shipped US Mail. Additional fees will apply on drop ship orders requested sent UPS.

*These exceptions apply: 20x30 prints to be shipped add $15.00 per package.

Minimum Orders/Handling Charges

Century Color does not impose a minimum order charge. However, we do encourage you to group orders whenever possible to qualify for the free shipping of orders over $50.00

A $1.00 handling charge is applied to all orders less than $100.00

Placing an Order

We have 3 automated methods for placing orders. Most orders can be placed using our ROES ordering system. ROES software is used throughout the industry and is an easy drag and drop method for placing orders. For Underclass, Sports and Event jobs we have written our own free DataMatch software. DataMatch allows you to match student/player information with their image and place their package order at the same time. We have also written online forms for placing reorders from images we store on our main server.

Each of these methods is fast and easy to use. Orders build immediately into our production system and insure faster delivery. If you email us to place an order or send a CD with written instructions, then a Century Color technician has to manually place your order. This tends to slow down delivery times and is subject to a minimum $10.00 order placement fee. So, please use our automated ordering methods to insure faster delivery and avoid any unnecessary charges.

Order Corrections

If for any reason it should be necessary for you to return any part of an order, you must return (1) the print and (2) the original order form with (3) explicit instructions concerning what needs to be corrected.

Surfaces

All work is printed on "E" surface paper.

Guarantee

Should any of our work be defective because of paper processing characteristics, Century Color will remake the prints at absolutely no charge
