Keyboard Shortcuts

Keyboard shortcuts can minimize the time spent on data entry.

• Alt + R = Selects RETOUCHING
• Alt + W = Selects PERSONALIZED WALLETS
• Alt + S = Selects SPRAY
• Alt + X = Inserts SLATE record
• Alt + C = Copies previous record
• Alt + D = Look up student in Database
• Alt + E = Look up student already entered
• Alt + F = Opens File menu
  • Hit N Key = Creates New Job
  • Hit O Key = Open job menu
  • Hit S Key = Send job
  • Hit P Key = Print
  • Hit C Key = Close Job & Exit
• Alt + I = Import Database
• Enter = Advances to next record but only if you are in the package field
• Space bar = Selects a menu item
• Tab = Advances to next field or button
